Shirlene S. Soos is a founding principal who brings more than twenty-five years of experience in finance, accounting, management, marketing, information technology and human resource to the firm. She works with clients on all facets of internal operations to ensure that they are well equipped to meet their financial and business goals.

By looking at key indicators, such as productivity, job costing, pricing strategies, and quality control, Shirlene helps clients operate more efficiently. She is a recognized authority in accounting systems, budgets and forecasts; cash flow projections, financial statement analysis, sales and use tax; overhead analysis, job costing, as well as internal controls.

Ms. Soos has been instrumental in the evaluation, selection, design and implementation of accounting and financial reporting systems that focus on the numbers that drive a business. She is a master of numerous accounting programs including: Great Plains, NetSuite, Open Systems, Clients and Profits, QuickBooks, Peachtree and Microsoft.

A cum laude graduate of Georgian Court University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting, Shirlene has served as the CFO, CIO or Controller of several companies in the advertising and marketing sectors, as well as manufacturing ranging in size from $10 to $50 million in annual revenue. In addition, she has successfully launched numerous affiliated businesses. Her insight on how to start and operate a business has been instrumental in the growth and profitability of these companies. Shirlene has been involved with everything from the selection of the right type of entity to establishing accounting and reporting systems, and the development of operating protocols. In addition, she has hired and trained staff in accounting and management functions.
